Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Group Tax & Treasury Accountant for a large PE backed group based in Bournemouth. Main responsibilities would include: Assisting with monitoring of the Group's cash position and preparing the monthly treasury report. Preparation of corporation tax returns and managing the overall corporation tax position of the Group. Calculating the annual tax figures to be included within the statutory accounts and provide workings for review by the auditors.
· Assisting with maintenance of the Group's Transfer Pricing Policy and documentation. Corresponding with and maintaining relationships with the Group's external tax advisors to ensure corporation tax planning opportunities are identified and actioned as appropriate. Assisting with the monthly CIS compliance process. Assisting with the PAYE year end compliance procedure including the PAYE Settlement Agreement process, Dispensation Agreements, Taxed Award Schemes and P11Ds. Assisting with the monitoring of changes in tax law and regulation and assessing their likely impact on the business. Assisting with the management and delivery of tax training as required. Assisting the VAT Manager review the monthly VAT return where appropriate. Ad hoc financial/tax projects. You will need to be educated to degree level or equivalent, hold a recognised CCAB qualification and have experience of direct and indirect taxation experience. Strong Excel and specialist tax software experience would also be required. In addition, you will also need good interpersonal skills and be extremely self motivated.
