As the Team Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of your team approx. 10 advisors, coach, train and motivate individuals via 1:1's, appraisals and reviews. You will manage both internal and external stakeholders and be able to demonstrate previous stakeholder management. You will also be monitoring team performance and team contribution to targets ensuring all compliance SLA's have been met. You will be able to display business to business experience as well as be able to deal with complex complaints handling identifying route cause. Some face to face contact maybe required with customers/stakeholders therefore a professional approach is essential. You will also be the feeder of changes in legislation's, product knowledge and processes and deliver and manage "change management" projects.
