SNR HR Advisor - £28k - 3 month FTC - Bournemouth

An opportunity has arisen for a Senior HR Advisor to join our Bournemouth based client for an initial period of 3 months. This is a generalist HR role working at the companies Head Office. You will be supporting all aspects of HR across the organisation which includes multiple sites across the South. You will assist on all HR issues, such as managing absence, turnover, performance and change initiatives as well as coaching managers to have the skills and confidence to handle a range of matters. You will need to be hands on working closely with Managers in order to understand their needs and support them fully from an HR perspective.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
·CIPD qualification
·Experience of working at a HR Advisor level
·Proven HR generalist track record including conduct, grievance and TUPE.
·Good knowledge of employment law.
·Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders across the business
