IT service desk Analyst required to join a small internal support team in the heart of Bournemouth town centre.

To be successful in this role, you must have the aptitude for providing positive service, empathising with the user and their software issues.
Be able to remain calm and positive under pressure.
Possess good communication skills and be able to maintain a high level of ownership.
Have a positive analytical attitude to process issues through to resolution.
Have advanced IT technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills supporting a Microsoft desktop and infrastructure environment (Windows, MS Office and standard software) and be familiar with infrastructure housekeeping related tasks/events.
Have knowledge of relevant IT procedures and products managed by an IT Services Desk.
This roles offers a rota system 7.30am - 4pm and 10am - 6pm
