Customer Service Advisor- £17,000- Bournemouth Our client a leading Insurance company in Bournemouth are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company. Previous customer service experience within a telephony environment is essential. Duties: ·Working within a customer- focused team taking inbound calls from both individual and corporate customers. ·Making policy adjustments. ·Managing customer queries. ·Dealing with premium payment and renewal queries as and when required. ·This role will also involve ad-hoc project work. ·Providing a high level of customer service. Experience Required: ·2 years customer service experience obtained in a professional environment. ·Basic knowledge of insurance is desirable. ·Ability to make recommendations and improvements to processes and procedures. ·Computer literate.
·Excellent telephone manner.
