A creative and talented designer is sought for a professional services company in Bournemouth. The role of Design Executive will take the lead on all design aspects of marketing materials and development of brand as well as support the firm's marketing strategies on a day to day basis with the development of marketing collateral.

About you

• High level of Adobe InDesign competence and skill
• High level of Microsoft PowerPoint skill
• High level of Adobe Photoshop skill
• Working knowledge of other Adobe Cloud software
• Competent in English language with a minimum Grade B at GCSE (or equivalent)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Team player
• Working knowledge of an e-marketing platform is ideal but not essential (training provided)
• Experience of brand development is ideal

About the role

• To adopt a holistic approach to design, taking the lead in the development of the brand equity and to ensure a strong, consistent visual image of the organisation's values and objectives and its business development activities
• To develop concepts, design and produce all marketing, brand and promotional material including brochures, invitations, newsletters, branded goods, adverts, bespoke business cards, digital adverts, exhibition stand artwork, PowerPoint & digital presentations and e-shots.
• Manage the e-shot process – uploading, list management, mail merge, labels and mailing
• Design and production of all tender documents
• Source, manage and quality control of associated third parties and their outputs – photographers; printers; image sourcing; campaign master
• Support in any developments of the company website
