Training Consultant - Bournemouth - £27k to £30k - Permanent

Bond Williams are delighted to be working in partnership with this prestigious business service support company. In this exciting new role you will support the delivery of Personal Development, Leadership and Management Training to all existing and new customers.

Duties will include:-
· Support the development and training function, maximising its potential to deliver high quality services.
· Develop and deliver appropriate development and training solutions.
· Work closely with the wider Learning and Development team to design and facilitate major development interventions.
· Conduct detailed training needs analyses, data collection, produce development proposals, and post-training evaluation reports.
· Ensure service delivery meets customer requirements and adds value and quality to the activity undertaken.

As an ideal candidate in this role you will have:-
· Minimum of three years relevant experience in Training within a professional or business environment.
· Knowledge of Management Development and general skills training services.
· Substantive experience in the design and delivery of professional skills training events in Personal Development, Management Training, Leadership Development using current Information technology.
