Senior Marketing Executive - Bournemouth - £24K-£28K + bonus. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join a well established, Bournemouth based organisation. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within either Financial Services, Mortgages or Insurance sectors and have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing role.

The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of the organisations marketing strategies, marketing communications and management of a small marketing team.

Duties will be varied and include:
- Implement marketing plans, objectives and activities to support the organisations mission, brand and services.
- Work towards meeting and exceeding financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing and maintaining annual budgets and providing recommendations to the Senior team
- Plan, create and implement and measure the success of the organisations complex integrated marketing program, in order to enhance the organisations image in the market place
- Maintain and develop a suite of marketing and communication materials, including website, public relations, print media, email and direct mail campaigns, digital and social media campaigns and training and events programmes.
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies to ensure successful delivery of high quality services to the organisation and its overall marketing strategy and branding guidelines


Along with a strong marketing background, the successful applicant will be required to have a degree level and / or CIM Marketing qualification, along with HTML skills and a working knowledge of CMS, Umbraco / Wordpress (ideally, google analytics, adwords and online marketing disciplines)
