Caseowner Telephony- Bournemouth- £8.25 per hour.

Hours: 35 per week.

You will be working within the Mortgages Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with Solicitors, Mortgage Brokers and internal staff regarding applications and any further information required.
Outbound contact to brokers and intermediaries chasing outstanding information (all customer service based).
Data processing and inputting.
Take any inbound queries.
Dealing with correspondence via phone and email.

Candidate Specific Skills:
Good attention to detail.
Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Good communication skills.
Well organised and able to prioritise workload.

This role is a temporary for for three months.
