Customer Care / Trainee Recruitment Consultant required to work in our Accounting & Finance recruitment division in Bournemouth town centre.

You will be working as part of a small but suportive team and your day-to-day work will involve supporting the Finance Recruitment Consultants in finding talented people/candidates for some great jobs with our clients in the Dorset area. You won't be on the phone all day but you should be comfortable chatting to people to check their job seeking status, availability, salary expectations etc.

Ideally you will have a chatty, friendly nature and have an eye for detail when it comes to working with Word, Outlook and Excel.

Part of your role will involve working closely with another experienced team member to identify good quality CV's and candidates for our clients jobs. We identify these candidates from a variety of sources: Our own Database, advert responses, social media and many other different online medium. In this regard it would help if you are a technically savvy and can find you way around the internet and office based IT systems fairly quickly!!
