Commercial Property Paralegal – Poole

Legal 500 firm with offices in Dorset and Hampshire are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Poole office.

The role will involve working closely with the Commercial Property Lawyers, supporting them with their caseload. You will also have the opportunity to manage your own files dealing with buying and selling commercial property, drafting leases, lease renewals and secured lending.

You will be an experienced Paralegal who is currently working in a similar role with the ability to manage your own caseload and an understanding of Commercial Property transactions. This is great opportunity for someone to develop and join a reputable firm who can offer opportunities for progression.
