A well regarded firm with a strong presence in the South-West and London have a vacancy for an Associate in their Shipping and Logistics team within the Bournemouth office.

About you:

• The ideal candidate will have 4–8+ years' experience gained within a well-regarded city, regional or national firm.
• You will have developed knowledge of commercial shipping litigation/arbitration or, sale of goods litigation/arbitration or, logistics and freight forwarding disputes.

The role:

• Advise owners, charterers, managers and operators on disputes which arise under all forms of charterparties (time, voyage or COAs).
• Provide a comprehensive business service to those dealing with bills of lading, including liner operators, receivers or shippers.
