We are looking for a Nights Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of around 6 other maintenance engineers at a medium to high volume manufacturer near to Salisbury, Wiltshire.

The salary pays up to £45000 with the basic paying up to £34000 with additional shift uplift taking the salary package up to a maximum of £45000. You will be working Monday to Thursday 21.30 to 08.00 – your working week will be 42 hours. Please note that they have an annualised hour's scheme and there is a requirement to work a Sunday night shift when requested - a minimum of 2 weeks' notice of Sunday working will be given. As an addition to the Maintenance Engineering Department you'll be part of a busy maintenance team, you will be extensively involved in proactive and reactive maintenance tasks on site. As a multi skilled maintenance engineer you'll cover mainly Electrical works but also be involved in some Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic maintenance requirements. You will also work on PLC's so experience in this area would be hugely beneficial.

What do I need? 17^th Edition certified is a must have. Ideally you will be more electrically biased than mechanical and perhaps be an electrical time served apprentice, yet strong experience will suffice. Coming from a factory based environment is also important, this is a static role working on production machinery so someone well used to working within production under pressure is perfect.
