Associate – Corporate Team

We are looking for an Associate to join the Corporate team. These roles are based in Bournemouth and are both a fantastic opportunity for progression with a renowned legal firm.

The key responsibilities will include the following:

• Offer focused and commercially accurate advice.
• Helping clients meet their commercial objectives.
• Build up excellent client relationship understanding markets and business objectives.
• Provide focused and commercially accurate advice, helping customers meet objectives.
• Complying with internal and external protocols.
• Complying with all relevant legislation.
• Respond to enquiries from new clients.
• Research new issues to find appropriate and creative solutions for clients.
• Support, promote and build relationships with colleagues.
• Act as a role model and mentor to junior members of the team/firm.
• Business development and marketing.
• Keep current with the latest legal knowledge and working practices.

• 5 years + PQE or equivalent (essential)
