Our Events Hospitality Team are looking for an experienced administrator with great customer service skills to join them in providing amazing experiences for our customers.

This is a fixed term contract of 12 months, of 24 hours per week worked over three days.

You'll provide an excellent administrative support service, helping the team to deliver events that exceed our customer's expectations.

You'll have a full understanding of Goodwood's entertaining experiences, and be confident in  selling these when answering inbound enquiries. Your duties will include ensuring that all event administration is in place, that data is entered accurately, filing, and providing a great customer service.

What do you need to be successful?

• Experience in administration with excellent customer service skills.
• Thorough attention to detail with confidence to participate in team calling days
• Friendly and approachable with a 'can do' attitude
• The ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business

A Knowledge of hospitality and corporate sales environments would also be advantageous
