Your office will be in the beautiful surroundings of Goodwood House, but you'll get out and about across the Estate providing training to a wide variety of teams.

Responsible for the day to day operational training activity, you'll partner with the People and Development Team and Business Managers to co-ordinate and deliver engaging training courses.

You'll be building on our existing training resources, updating our training calendar and advising on the Apprenticeship levy. You'll book venues and refreshments, run induction sessions for new starters, and provide support for our on-line training system.

You'll be part of a fun, friendly bunch, who pride themselves on their high standards of customer service. (They are also obsessed with food, and love to chat about which box-set they're binge watching).

• Experience in a similar role, with bags of energy and positivity
• Experience in writing and delivering engaging bespoke training programmes
• You'll be friendly and approachable with excellent IT and organisational skills and a great sense of humour

Experience within hospitality or customer experience industries would be an advantage, and having your own reliable transport is a must.
