About us & the role:
We, Direct Life, are one of the biggest life insurance brokers in the UK.  We sell and process life insurance and protection products. We are dynamic, innovative and successful, based in smart city centre offices in Chichester.  Due to increased business volumes we need to add more Part-Time evening tele-interviewers to our team. You can pick the hours to suit your lifestyle. The shifts we have available are Monday to Friday evening from 6pm to 9pm and/or Saturday mornings (9hrs per week minimum). The main responsibilities of the role are to make pre-arranged outbound calls (no cold calling) to customers to complete their online insurance application.
 
Pay & benefits:
We pay £8.53 per hour once you have successfully completed your probationary period.  We offer loads of benefits and have fun whilst we work hard!  Additionally we provide extensive training and have plenty of development opportunities. About you:
Our ideal candidate should have an excellent telephone manner, good communication skills,  pay strong attention to detail, ability to use own initiative, multi-task and be customer focused. Reliability and a good sense of humour are important too.
