Make@Aldingbourne Enterprises has a strong creative ethos, so the holder of this post is integral to our team. The person fulfilling the role will co-ordinate, deliver and support people who have a learning disability and/or autism to engage in a variety of creative arts and recycling projects and produce a saleable product to sell at Make.

They will be providing a stimulating, accessible and relaxed environment that encourages the people we support to try new experiences and acquire new skills. Activities will cover a variety of different creative platforms which will include upcycling and other creative mediums. You will aim to produce a saleable product and have a clear scheme of work which demonstrates all stages from design, creating the product, brand, promotion, price, packaging, merchandise and sales which will contribute to the overall budget at Make.

The post holder will play an active supportive role within a small energetic team ensuring agreed objectives are met in an effective manner whilst upholding the values of the Trust.

The contractual hours for this post are 30 hours per week working five days,

10am – 4pm (Tues – Saturday).  Flexibility to work occasional evenings
