The Aldingbourne Trust are on a mission to support people with disabilities to develop and live the lives they choose. To do that we need a great team behind the scenes who will support people at the front line, and who want to make a real difference. As a charity, the Central Office team have to be multi-skilled, flexible, reliable, warm and enthusiastic as every day brings different challenges, and they rely on each other to succeed.
As the Apprentice Human Resources Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Central Office team at the Aldingbourne Trust, with particular emphasis on HR. You will be supporting two HR Advisors, the Executive Administrator and the Volunteer Coordinator with the day to day running of the office, including answering phones, filing, organising the post etc However, because the role will be HR focussed, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop HR skills and knowledge in a range of disciplines as your experience grows.
As an apprentice, we will support you to complete a Level 3 Business Administration or a Level 3 Human Resources Support (CIPD) qualification, which takes approximately two years to complete. Although no roles are guaranteed on completion of your qualification, your experience and knowledge of our charity will be valuable and it could lead to a permanent position.
