We are looking for an experienced Audio Typist to join the Executive Office. This role will report to the Executive Manager and will be responsible for typing up all dictated outgoing correspondence.

You will listen to dictated information received via a transcription file and be required to type what you hear, turning it into a well-presented set of drafts in order to facilitate the smooth running of the Executive office. Typing needs to be accurate and produced in an efficient and timely manner.

Whilst it is suggested this role is performed remotely, you will be working as part of a fun and collaborative team and will have the opportunity to come into the office and join in with out-of-office activities.

What you’ll need:

• Proven relevant audio typing experience
• Experience in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential material
• Relevant experience in speed typing/ touch typing
• Flexibility to be able to work differing hours across the week and over weekends where required

Rate of pay:

• £13.25 per hour Monday -Friday
• £21.20 per hour on bank holidays and weekends
