No two days are ever the same!

The My Network Plus service is a key project within the Aldingbourne Trust providing information, advice, guidance and support to people aged 18+ with a range of learning disabilities and/or Autism. 

This is an extremely varied, flexible and rewarding role in which no two days are the same and is designed to promote independence and empowerment in the people we support. You will work closely with other agencies to promote independence amongst the people we support. Our support can range from  assistance to maintaining tenancies, organise benefits, manage finances,  help to make and attend appointments with health professionals  and we also support people to be part of their local  community by encouraging use of mainstream services, informal networks and pursuing leisure/work interests.

You will be joining a team of My Network Plus Workers who are supportive of each other, share knowledge and skills and learn together. This role is for the  Littlehampton to Shoreham by Sea area.
