Head of International Recruitment and Relations - Part Time
Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications:
The Head of International Recruitment and Relations will provide the leadership and strategic development to drive the University''s ambitious internationalisation strategy encompassing marketing, agent relations, recruitment of international students, overseas recruitment, staff and student exchanges, transnational projects and international relations and collaborations with Universities, Colleges and industry partners.
With the ability to analyse markets and develop strategies, the post holder will advance the University''s international position and international student numbers as a key element of the University''s Strategy. As well as assuming strategic and operational responsibility for international recruitment, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining current markets as well as developing new markets. Working alongside colleagues within Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications, the role holder will promote the University to achieve growth in international student enrolments. With well-developed communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships, the role holder will work with third party companies, such as Agents and other representatives to ensure breadth and reach.
