The Marketing Campaign Executive for Goodwood Racecourse is a key member of a busy, enthusiastic and passionate marketing team who create engaging campaigns for our ‘must attend’ events with the aim of driving visitor numbers and satisfaction.

In this exciting, hands on role you'll be creating marketing plans and creative brand campaigns to attract racegoers. You'll be managing the social media platforms for the Racecourse, both in creating engaging organic and paid content. Working with the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering campaigns across digital and above the line channels, with an eye on ROI and ticket sales.

With a busy calendar of racing fixtures, it's a very fast-moving environment so you'll need to be able to juggle workload and differing demands, whilst ensuring you don't lose attention to detail! You will be enthusiastic, proactive and excellent at meeting deadlines.

You’ll be supporting on race days, looking after photography, social media and getting involved in all elements of delivering a world-class racing experience.

What you'll have:

• Proven relevant experience of implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Experience of managing and growing social media platforms
• A qualification in marketing, or work experience in a marketing environment is a strong advantage
• A passion both for the sport of horseracing and marketing is desirable
