We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Head Greenkeeper to oversee the daily maintenance operations of The Downs golf course and drive sustainability initiatives that set us apart in the golf industry.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate the Downs course team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Manage course agronomy, turf maintenance, irrigation, and drainage systems.
• Champion sustainability and environmental practices across the course.
• Collaborate with the wider Golf At Goodwood team on projects and strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance at all times.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
