Goodwood Racecourse has been at the heart of the Goodwood Estate since 1802. Renowned as the most beautiful racecourse in the world, it is home to 19 fixtures a year including the flagship racing week, the Qatar Goodwood Festival, affectionately known as ‘Glorious Goodwood’.

We are now looking for a commercially driven, senior marketer to lead a passionate and dedicated team and head up the marketing strategy for the racecourse. Make no mistake, this is a challenging role; with ambitious commercial targets, and high customer service standards. We are looking for someone who can juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders whilst keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.

Boundless enthusiasm, energy and excellent communication skills will be key, as is experience of managing complex digital and offline campaigns within the entertainment/sports industry.

What you’ll need:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with clear evidence of commercial success
  • Ideally, marketing qualified and/or professional membership
  • Experience in working across relevant industry/industries
  • Demonstrable experience of digital marketing campaigns
  • Confidence to make decisions and stand by them
